As part of our dedication
to provide the highest level of service to all of our guests we welcome your
well-behaved pet(s) to our facility. By entering onto the premises you agree to
be responsible for the actions of your pet. We hope that with providing these
guidelines we can continue welcoming pets to our Hotel and RV Park
pet, per stay (hotel only)
All Fees are Nonrefundable
Regulations for Islander Hotel & RV Park:
- Maximum two pets per room.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash,
in a pet carrier or placed in a guest’s vehicle (weather permitting) while on
- $50 fee if your dog is
reported unleash or not properly restrained while on the premises. Failure to
comply will result in being asked to vacate the property without refund
- Continual disturbances
will result in a $100 charge per complaint.
- Any dog that becomes
aggressive towards staff or guests will immediately be asked to vacate the
premises without refund. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No dogs on furniture,
unless a pet throw is in place.
- Do not leave dogs
unattended at any time.
- Inform staff immediately
of any pet accidents that may occur.
- Up to a $200 deep cleaning
fee may be applied due to stains, pet waste or excessive hair.
- $100 fee for failure to
clean up pet waste on property.
- Must remove dog from room during any
housekeeping services or place a privacy sign on the door indicating service
will not be needed.
- Accept full responsibility
for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable
attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the
