We consider our guests to be members of our Ohana (extended family). Please Kokua (help out), following these rules help all guests have a pleasant visit.
Visitors are required to check in at the front office before entering the park. All facilities, including restrooms, showers, fish cleaning station, and laundry room are for the use of registered Islander guests only. All others will be considered trespassing. There is no tenting at the Islander RV Park.
All Vehicles require a Parking Pass and can be obtained at the Islander Front Desk. Boats and boat trailers must be at assigned to a designated site #. Parking is available by the dog park for authorized guest passenger vehicles only accompanied by a parking pass. Failure to display a parking pass may result in removal of unauthorized vehicles at the owner’s expense. Please do not block road way.
Pets are welcome at the Islander RV Park. All pets must be leashed and under control of their owner at all times! Please do not leave pets unattended and be sure to pick your pet’s waste. If you need bags to pick up waste, please ask Guest Services. Do not wash pets in the shared showers or laundry room.
Check-out time is 12 P.M.. If you plan on staying longer, the earlier you let us know, the better your chance of keeping your current site. Failure to check out on time may result in late charges of $20 per hour as well as the possibility of you being towed at your own expense.
Please connect your RV only at your designated space. Failure to connect on the correct hook up/site and inconvenience an arriving guest will result in a penalty fee of $20.
Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s safe conduct and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. Unsupervised children who cause disruption for other guests may be asked to leave the park with their entire group.
Please respect privacy of fellow guests. DO NOT walk through occupied sites.
No smoking in the restrooms, showers and laundry room. Please use proper receptacles when extinguishing cigarettes and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
No fireworks or fires. The exception is one covered/contained BBQ Grill per space.
Clams, Fish or Wetsuits are to be rinsed in the outside sink. Please do not rinse in the shared showers/restrooms.
The speed limit in the park is 5 mph. Please drive safely.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. At all other times, please respect your neighbors and the fish in the Marina and refrain from loud music and noise. Quiet hours will vary when an event is held at Half Moon Bay Bar & Grill.
Be sure to close awnings and put away loose items when leaving your rig unattended.
Coastal winds can come about suddenly and cause damage.
Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Clotheslines are not allowed. Rigs must be clean and self-supported (not blocked or propped up). Please leave restrooms and laundry as you would like to find them. If they are in need of attention, please notify the front desk.
Mechanical work on your rig is not allowed in the Park.
No washing of Car, Trucks, or Boats in the Park.
Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Guests and their visitors agree to use the campground at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
